**NOTICE**  Under Ma Law, Glock brand product is only allowed to be sold to officers with active arresting powers. 

Such as; Active duty law enforcement.  Retired L.E.O are only allowed to purchase if they provide a letter on official P.D letterhead, from the Chief stating they have active arresting powers if they work for the Auxiliary police.  

Exceptions to this are the early Gen 1 & 2 that were produced prior to the MA Consumer Safety Act Law passed in 1998.
